Orders
Once you complete your order by clicking on the ‘place order’ button, your order is confirmed and is final.
Payments
- All prices are displayed in USD.
- Any payment method other than what is currently available on the website must be approved by us in advance.
- We cannot in any way take responsibility for a payment that has been made using information that belongs to the customer.
Delivery
- Each delivery address is validated by us to determine which carrier is best for the customer and will continue to be designated by us.
- Our shipped products are picked up by the carrier. In the case of items damageed during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will file an insurance claim with the carrier.
- Delivery dates are always estimated on the date of receiving the order and can always change due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery is delayed at no fault of us, the Customer cannot cancel the sale in any way.
- If the delivery is refused without reason, we may require a fee.
- For International Shipments (outside the USA): You are repsonsible for paying import charges. We do NOT collect any import charges to your country. These charges are determined by your country and are usually based on the item’s price, postage weight, dimensions, and country of origin. You may be liable for import fees (e.g., VAT and duties) as part of clearing the parcel through Customs, or upon receipt of your order.
Guarantee and returns
Since a majority of the items we sell are tools, we DO NOT accept any returns from the United States or Internationally. Please make absolutely sure what you are buying will work for your situation. We are here to help before AND after your purchase! We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
We guarantee the item is as described upon receipt. Any returns will be done on a case-by-case basis. If we made the mistake, we will take care of it. If it was a communication error on your end, we will only charge you reasonable costs to exchange or replace the items you need.
To assist you with an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from us.
There is ONE situation where a refund will be granted: Any item that has not yet been shipped.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, contact us. You will need to ship your item to the state of Oregon, USA (We will provide additional details via email).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee if the item being exchanged is in brand new, unused condition.
If you are exchanging an item, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. This is for both of ours protection. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you have tracking information.
